Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are easy! In line with our environmental efforts, paper invoices are eliminated for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails serve as your receipt.

Return Policy for Regular-Priced Merchandise

  • Returns: Full refund within 30 days of shipping date. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  • Exchanges: For exchange assistance, contact us via WhatsApp or email at Contactus@janieyee.com.

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • A valid receipt is required.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items (discounted 50% or more)
  • Intimates and shapewear
  • Bodysuits, hosiery, and face masks

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. Any return purchased with a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit.

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Note: A $9.9 return postage fee (plus taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

Steps:

  1. Email us with your order details (order number, items, address, phone number) to receive a return label and necessary documents.
  2. Pack your items, attach the Return Label, and ensure the previous barcode is covered.
  3. Drop off the package at a DHL Authorized Shipping Center within 30 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt.

When processed, we’ll notify you via email. JANIE YEE does not refund duties or taxes.

  • Multiple Items in a Single Order: Include all items in one box with a single return label.
  • Items from Multiple Orders: Contact us to arrange the return.

Return Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your return, processing takes 7-10 business days.
